The Online Shop only sells a small selection of items at a time so if you have seen something on the 'Gallery' page or at an exhbition and it isn't here, please contact me, I may well have the item in stock and I am always happy to discuss special commissions and orders. Happy browsing!

How to buy

Simply select the piece you would like to order from the Online Shop, and click on the 'Add To Basket' icon beside the item. The Online shopping system uses PayPal and is very secure. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this facility, most major credit or debit cards are accepted, and the payment system does not store your credit card details. Alternatively you can order a piece by sending me an email via the 'Contact' page, and then post me a cheque. Please note I will not dispatch the item(s) until the cheque has cleared.

Postage & Packaging

Postage and packaging is charged at £3.00 per order. All items are delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery which includes insurance for the item until it is safely delivered to you.

Delivery

When your order has been received I will email (if ordered via the Online shop) to inform you of the estimated delivery date. If I have the piece in stock you should receive it within 5 working days. If I don't have the piece already made up, I will make it as soon as possible, usually within 15 working days. If you require an item for a particular date, please let me know and I will prioritise to ensure you receive it on time.

Returns

I will accept returned items within 7 days of delivery. If you are not happy the item you purchased, simply post it back via Royal Mail Special Delivery, and I will refund you for the item.

Aftercare & Cleaning Silver Jewellery

If you need any alterations to any item you have purchased from me, please contact me. It is very important to me that you are completely happy with the piece(s) you have bought. If you need any advice on cleaning your jewellery beyond the care instructions given again please contact me.

Jewellery items will be supplied with a polishing cloth, which can be rubbed on the surface of the jewellery to remove tarnish. Silver jewellery can also be dipped into a 'Silver Dip' cleaning solution. Afterwards wash well in warm soapy water, and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. This process will work even if the piece incorporates gold. For silverware, I recommend Foaming Silver Polish which is very gentle on the matt finishes. If you have a matt finished piece of jewellery or silverware and it has polished up with wear, it is possible to re-matt the surface using a dry Scotch Bright pad. Apply small circular action and gentle pressure, it will return the finish.
